MUSIC MINISTRIES

• Chancel Choir - a vocal choir comprised of dedicated singers, open to older youth, young adults, seasoned adults, and seniors, who provide musical leadership in the worship services through hymns, psalms, and sung liturgy. The Chancel Choir also provides meaningful and Biblically sound special music anthems for worship at least twice a month - more often during the Festival occasions of Advent, Christmas, and Easter. Chancel Choir rehearses every Sunday, September through May, at 4:00 -5:00 pm in the choir room with the exception of 5th Sundays. Chancel Choir rehearsals during the months of June, July, and August are held after Sunday morning worship for approximately 20 minutes.  
• 5th Sunday Singers - a vocal group open to all ages who share the gift of beloved hymns with the homebound members every 5th Sunday of the month. We meet at the church at 4:00 pm and take the minibus to visit and sing with these members.  
• Seekers Singers -  a vocal choir comprised of, but not limited to, older youth and the Young Adults Sunday School class (the Seekers). This group prepares special Contemporary music for some Festival Worship occasions as well as joining in with the Chancel Choir on selected Contemporary anthems for Sunday worship. Practice tracks and sheet music are provided to these singers in advance. Rehearsals are held as needed, usually before 10:30 Sunday worship. 
• SPIRIT Choir - a vocal choir comprised of children from ages toddler to 5th grade, who provide Biblically sound musical selections at least once a month during the 10:30 am Sunday worship service.  This group meets at 9:15 am - 9:30 am every Sunday morning in the choir room.
